Victor Maschmeier, Jr. Obituary
Skip Maschmeier, 88, passed away October 16, 2021. He was born May 4, 1933 in Akron to the late Victor and Winifred Maschmeier. Skip was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps serving in Korea from 1951 to 1954. He retired from the Marine Corps Reserves in 1992 as a Master Gunnery Sergant.
Besides his parents, Skip was preceded in death by his brother, Jim Myers. He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Ernestine; son, Erich and daughter, Christine.
