Rosemarie (Hiney) Overholt

Rosemarie Overholt, 89, passed away February 10, 2021.  She was born December 25, 1931 in Akron to the late Kenneth and Mildred Hiney.  Rosemarie was a 1949 graduate of North High School.  In her younger years Rosemarie and her husband enjoyed dancing, traveling and dinners out as well as spending time with friends.

 Besides her parents, Rosemarie was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth.  She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, Jack; children, James Overholt, Susan Mata and Judy Kelly; as well as many friends.

 A private burial has taken place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Rosemarie’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater East Ohio Area Chapter, 70 West Streetsboro Street, STE 201, Hudson, Ohio 44236.  To leave a special message online for the family, visit our website at www.schermesserfh.com.
