Roger E. Henderson

Roger Henderson, 74, passed away December 17, 2021.  He was born March 11, 1947 in Akron to the late Earl and Janice Henderson.  Roger was a 1965 graduate of Green High School and worked most of his life in the machining industry and later in real estate.

Roger is survived by his son, Mark (Tina) Henderson; sister, Nancy Props; as well as many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 6 P.M. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, Ohio 44319 with Chuck Fedorka officiating.  Family and friends may call on Monday from 4 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  Memorial contributions can be made in Roger’s name to the Alzheimer’s Association, Greater East Ohio Chapter, 23215 Commerce Park, STE 300, Beachwood, Ohio 44122.  To leave a special message online for the family, visit our website at www.schermesserfh.com.
