Mark Snow, 40, passed away January 10, 2021. He was born November 6, 1980 in Barberton to Sharon and the late Marty Snow. Mark was a devoted son, a caring brother, an amazing uncle, a wonderful friend, and above all else, a fighter. Through the many ups and downs of Mark’s health journey, he always remained positive. Mark was a constant reminder that every day is a blessing and treated them as such. His free time was spent with the many friends he made bowling at Spins Bowl Akron and Stonehedge. He never met a person that he couldn’t carry on a conversation with. Mark was always loyal to his Ohio roots, there wasn’t a single game played by the Browns, Buckeyes, Cavaliers, or Indians that he wasn’t watching. Mark would not ask for flowers— he would instead ask for any act of kindness. Call a friend or relative you haven’t spoken to in a while, get lunch and watch your favorite Adam Sandler movie with a loved one, channel your grief into love and reach for your goals. In lieu of dress attire, we ask that you wear your favorite Browns gear and keep Mark’s passion alive as they advance to the Divisional Round.
Along with his father, Mark was preceded in death by his brother, Kolton Snow; sister, Marti Lynn Hunter and aunt, Kathy Zeisig. He is survived by his mother, Sharon Snow; brother, Bill (Brandi) Snow; girlfriend and love of his life, Sierra Moles; aunt Kim (Bill) Kirkwood; uncles, Tim (Glenda) Coleman, Billy Snow and Les Zeisig; brother-in-law, Michael Hunter; nieces Natalie Snow, Brooke Snow and Bria Hunter; nephews, Josh Phillips, Seth (Hannah) Snow and Jaden Hunter; great niece, Amelia Snow; special cousin, Virginia Wright; best bud and cousin Matt Looney; as well as a special friend.
