Judith A. "Judy" (Hester) Arbogast

Judy Arbogast, 79, passed away on March 28, 2023.   She was born on December 14, 1943, in Bluefield, Virginia.  Judy retired from Pebble Creek Nursing Home where she proudly worked as a Nurse’s Aide. 

Judy enjoyed road trips to West Virginia with her husband, watching her favorite shows; General Hospital and Andy Griffith.  But most of all she loved being around her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and her great-granddaughter.  She was loved by all who knew her and will be remembered always.

Along with her parents, Judy was preceded in death by her loving husband, Ralph Arbogast, Sr., and son, Harlan Duvall.  She is survived by her son, Ralph (Julie Boyd) Arbogast, Jr.; daughters, Rebecca (Matthew) Church and Pam (Michael) Williams; grandchildren, Estell (Jess) Barton, Madison Williams, Nathan and Cameron Church, and Chase Arbogast; great granddaughter, Sandra Barton; sisters, Susan (Tim) Hunter and Lynn (Tom) Hay; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.

The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dixie and Linda for the love and kindness they gave Judy. 

A memorial service will be held at 6 P.M. on Friday, March 31, 2023, at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E.
