Obituary
Greg Daum, 66, passed away on June 8, 2023. He was born on January 4, 1957, in Akron to the late Vern and Marilyn Daum.
Greg loved to ride his motorcycle, bowling, and fishing. But most of all, he loved to spend time with his family, friends, and fur-baby Max. Greg was always full of laughter and wisdom. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Besides his parents, Greg was preceded in death by his brother, Jay Bevington. He is survived by Anna (Sheaters) Daum, his loving wife of 36 years; children, Gregory (Sheila) Daum, II, John (Jessica) Friel, III, Joyce (Joel) Price, and Jessica (Tim Young) Friel; grandchildren, Lance, Faith, Jerrick, Connor, Austin, Mason, Liam, Maverick and Maddex; fur-baby, Max; as well as many other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 7 P.M. on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, Ohio 44319 with Rev. Glenn Rogers, Jr. officiating. Family and friends may call from 5 P.M. until the time of the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
