Gertrude Sasinouski Obituary

Trudy Sasinouski, 89, passed away January 22, 2022.  She was born January 17, 1933 in Duquesne, Pennsylvania.

 

Trudy was a strong and giving woman.  She will truly be missed by all who knew her as well as her buddies Reesie and Speckles.

 

Trudy was preceded in death by her husband, Carl in 1981 and is now joyfully reunited with him once again.  She is also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Bob Carpenter and daughter-in-law, Janis Sasinouski.  She is survived by her children, Terry (Joni) Sasinouski, Debbie Carpenter, Mark Sasinouski, Rosanne Schrader, Carl Sasinouski and Alan (Kelly) Sasinouski; 14 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.

 

Funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Road, Akron, Ohio 44319 with Pastor Brenda Young officiating.  Family and friends may call on Thursday from 11 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.  To leave a special message online for the family, visit our website at www.schermesserfh.com.
