Webb Wilson, 76, passed away on April 8, 2022. He was born on November 14, 1945 in Akron to the late George and Mary Wilson. He was a graduate of Springfield Highschool in 1964 and lived near the Akron area his entire life.
Webb spent most of his career as a sheet metal worker in Akron and the owner operator of Ace Service Installation Inc. (heating & cooling) which he acquired from his father. In recent years, he was employed at Acme Grocery as a maintenance worker until his retirement.
Throughout his lifetime he enjoyed bowling in several leagues with friends and family. He also had a passion for boating and fishing especially with his children and grandchildren on the Great Lakes.
Besides his parents, Webb was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Wilson and sister, Joan Kucera. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Becky Wilson; sons, Webb (Jackie) and Jeff (Melissa) Wilson; daughters, Wendy (Russ) Adams and Stacey (Chuck) Rundquist; grandchildren, Dudley (Kelly) Wilson, Jessica Wilson, Hailey Adams, Taylor Adams, Damian Wilson, Raegan Wilson, and Isaac Rundquist; great grandchildren, Tristan Christeson and Nicholas Wilson; brother, Wes (Carol) Wilson; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2022, from 1 to 4 P.M. at Occasion’s Party Center, 6800 Manchester Road, New Franklin, Ohio 44216. A private family interment took place at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
