Diana V (Yannayon) Joyner

Diana Joyner, 78, passed away on March 2, 2024.  She was born in Akron on September 29, 1945, to the late Edward and Mina Yannayon.  Diana loved going to the beach and tending to her flowers but most of all she loved spending time with her family, her grandchildren. 

Along with her parents, Diana was preceded in death by her grandson, Scott Joyner.  She is survived by her loving husband, James Joyner; sons, Ron (Kelly), Jim (Ellen), and Jeff (Christy) Joyner; granddaughters, Brittany, Ashley, and Emma Joyner; grandson, Jordan Carr; brother, Edward (Debbie) Yannayon; as well as many other family and friends.

Per Diana’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be a private family celebration of life.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Diana’s name to the American Cancer Society, P.
