Our world lost one of the “BEST” when Heaven called him home. Dave passed away peacefully at his home in the arms of his loving wife, Terry on Sunday, October 31, 2021. He was born March 24, 1953 in Cleveland to the late Glenn and Edna Anderle. Dave was a 1972 graduate of Brecksville High School where he played football.
Dave gave his life to Jesus Christ shortly after high school and began a life of true service. He could be found at church working on building repairs, playing guitar or driving bus routes to pick up kids for church. He attended Christ for the Nations Bible College in Dallas, Texas where he served on faculty and staff as the Assistant Dean of Men.
Dave enjoyed riding his Goldwing Trike with Terry, woodworking and the simple things in life, like watching a sunset. His love of Jesus, Terry and his family were his highest priorities. His life is remembered as one of love, kindness, and serving others. He was loyal, responsible and hardworking. Dave was employed by Great Lakes Construction for the last decade before retiring this past December.
Dave is survived by his wife of 43 years, Teresa “Terry” Anderle; son, Eric Anderle (Dara D); daughters, Rachel (Josh) Klein and Amber (D.J.) Sekerak; grandchildren, Drew, Evan, Casey, Nathan, Marley and Maddie; brother, Bob (Kathy) Anderle; sister, Laura (Al) Blaze; as well as many friends.
Dave touched so many lives as a pastor, mentor, friend and foster parent. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
