Arlie G. Newman

Arlie Newman, 70, passed away November 4, 2018.  He was born February 8, 1948 in Beaver, Ohio to the late James and Eva Newman. Arlie was the owner of A.G. Newman Roofing for over 40 years.  He was a car and truck enthusiast, enjoyed watching NASCAR and fishing. Arlie was a hard worker and always willing to help a friend in need. 

Arlie was preceded in death by his wives, Beverly and Sue; brothers, Claude, J.B., Roy, Harold Newman, and Bill Mullins; and sister, Betty Ramey.  He is survived by his daughter, Vickie (John) Conner; grandson Johnathan; sister, Rose (Tom) Henry; as well as many other family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 12 P.M. on Friday, November 9, 2018 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR 619), Akron, Ohio 44319.
