Obituary
Ann Cole, 90, passed away on May 27, 2022. She was born on April 20, 1932, to the late John and Agnes Overton. Ann grew up in Lakemore, Ohio, and graduated from Springfield High School. She retired after working twenty-two years for the Akron Metropolitan Housing Authority as a Seniors Service Advisor. Ann loved to travel with her seniors and friends, she loved her flowers and sitting on her front porch.
Besides her parents, Ann was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Overton; son, Tom Armsey; daughter, Julie Armsey and grandson, Ryan Armsey. She is survived by her sons, Tim, Jim, Jody, and Rick (Cindy) Armsey; 16 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 2, 2022, at 1 P.M. at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 Turkeyfoot Lake Rd, Akron, Ohio 44319. Family and friends may call on Thursday from noon until the time of the service at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Hillside Memorial Park on Canton Road.
