William "Tom" Blair, IV Obituary

Tom Blair, 76, passed away October 26, 2018. He was born in Cleveland to the late Bill and Betty Blair. Tom was Manager of Physical Facilities Department of Resident Services at KSU for 38 years.

Besides his parents, Tom was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Richard Blair. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Charlene; son, Tom (Jaclyn) Blair; grandson, Mason Blair; brother, John Blair; as well as many other loving family and friends.

A graveside service will take place at 12:30 P.M. on Friday, November 2, 2018 at the Standing Rock Cemetery, 1361 N. Mantua St, Kent, Ohio 44240.
