To Les and Shelley's family,
You are in my thoughts and prayers. Did not know Shelley real well, but every time my husband and I were around her, she always kept us entertained. Seemed to be a very sweet gal. My heart aches for you all!

To Shelley,
The way of life is that we are just passing through. The memories we leave behind reflect the bumps and bruises we endured along that path. Unfortunately some of those bumps send us in different directions. Memories are the way stations along that road.
One day along that highway the families - Waynes, Wolfe, and Brown packed up tents and all headed for Lake Pymatuning State Park.
There was Shelley with her big, blue, inquisitive eyes loving nature, the freedom to run, and of course the lake.As night fell a camp fire was built and Shelley had to have her own marshmallow stick. The adults spent the rest of night reminding all of the kids (there were many) to be careful not to poke anyone. Shelley being Shelley just could not sit still. She was so excited about everything.
Shelley's last memories were of the boat and the lake. What a great memory. Her highway ended abruptly with that last bump. Oh, what a bump it was for all of us.
Thank you for the memories along the way. You will always be remembered.

Les and Shelley's family, I'm so very sorry to read of Shelley's passing. I worked at Karen's Hallmark at Portage Lakes. Shelley shopped there, however she was more than a customer, she was our FRIEND!!! She was so sweet and special. Her smile was a big part of her. She always gave hugs!! I will remember and miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with all of Shelley's family and friends. She was a great woman...full of life! She made me laugh every time I saw her, with her awesome sense of humor and her quick wit. I will miss her. R.I.P. Shelley.
