Ruth Sinnett, 89, passed away October 2, 2019. She was born July 13, 1930 in Parkersburg, West Virginia to the late Henry and Ola Eddy.
Not only was Ruth a wonderful cook, she was a lady with many interests which included being a member of the Manchester Band Boosters, making ceramics, making a variety of homemade candies and making and decorating custom cakes. Ruth was the secretary/activities director of the Mid-Ohio Valley Mustang club. She coordinated the Mother's Against Drunk Driving in the Manchester area.
The most important thing to Ruth was spending time with her family and she brought a light to the heart of all who knew her. She will continue to live on through them.
Besides her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond (Bud); son-in-law, Tom Gregory; brothers, Harry, Raymond, Carl and Earl Eddy; sisters, Juanita Miller, Chloe Anderson and Eva McDonald; grandsons, Clayton and Scott and great granddaughter, Jacey. She is survived by daughters, Judy (Bill) Gwynne, Janie Remington, Tanya Gregory and Tammie (Teri) Sinnett; son, Bryan Sinnett; grandchildren, Robin, Kelly, Ellen, Ashley, Jonathan, Matthew, Cory, Cole, Cassidy; Zak; 30 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2 P.M. on Monday, October 7, 2019 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR619), Akron, Ohio 44319.
