Eunice E. (Cooper) Norman

Eunice Norman, 94, passed away June 21, 2018.  She was born January 31, 1924 in Iuka, Mississippi to the late John and Edna Cooper but lived most of her life in the Akron area. Eunice was a homemaker and later worked for Gerber daycare. She became a member of the South Akron Orioles Nest 167 because of her love for dancing. Eunice was a loving and strong woman and will be deeply missed. 

Eunice was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh, and nine siblings.  She is survived by sons, Danny (Karen) and John (Frances) Norman; daughters, Charlotte Morris and Susan (Karl) Marz; grandchildren, David (Bobbi) Bounce, Amanda (Ray) Storey, Diana (Andy) Garlock, John, Brian E. (Holly), Richard and Brian Norman; great-grandchildren, Mercedes (Tim), Michael, Kendall (Tyler), Liberty, Ema, Jack, Gunner, Blaze, Cruise, Quinten, Porsche, Alyssa, Austin and Alexis; great-great-grandchildren, Kolten, Penelope, and Xander; brother, Jimmy Cooper; sister, Barbara Hale; as well as many nieces, nephews, and friends. 

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 P.M. on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR619), Akron, Ohio 44319.
