Donald L. Morefield, Jr.

Donald Morefield, Jr, 64, of Coventry Township passed away April 22, 2017, after a brief illness.

Donnie is survived by his loving wife, of 45 years, Karen; daughter, Bethany (Steven) Ladich; son, Donald L. Morefield, III; Papaw of, Nicholas (Allison), Emily, Benjamin, Salym, Kennedy, Lacey, and Donald IV; father and stepmother, Don.and Mary Morefield, Sr.; cherished puppy Stella; as well as many loving family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Granny Bae and several good friends.

Donnie will be remembered as a hardworking man who enjoyed riding his motorcycle, gardening and spending time with his family. He knew he was a blessed man.

Per Donnie’s wishes cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation.  Family and friends may gather at Greenlawn Memorial Park for inurnment at NOON on Friday, April 28, 2017.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Donnie’s name to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Northern Ohio, 5700 Brecksville Rd, Independence, Ohio 44131.  To leave a special message online for the family, visit our website at www.schermesserfh.com.
