Timothy L. Eihinger

Tim Eihinger, 63, passed away unexpectedly February 24, 2017.  He was born February 9, 1954 in Wadsworth to the late Richard and Irma Eihinger.  Tim was a devoted husband, father, brother and grandfather.  He was such a hard worker, following in his father’s footsteps, in the tool and die industry.  Tim was a very successful business owner.  After selling Diversified Engraving he volunteered at Akron Children’s Hospital, Akron City and Akron General.  He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, beach vacations with special friends, Doug and Karen, and taking care of his yard.  His granddaughters were a huge part of his life; they were Papa’s girls.  He definitely lived life to the fullest.

Tim is survived by his loving wife, of 43 years, Debbie; daughters, Mandy (David) Perrine and Nikki (Jeff) Schiffer; granddaughters, Marissa and Madison; brothers, Lyn (Treva) and Orin (Mikki) Eihinger; as well as many other loving family and friends.              

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 3:30 to 5:30 P.M. on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd.
