Dear Joy, We are so sorry for many things; that you were in pain for so long, that you had to suffer, that you left us so soon, and that we can't be together and share your love in person.
Your Mom named you correctly - JOY. You have been a great wife for/to Tom, the mashed potato queen for Elmer, peace maker among many and that's just one side of the family.
God doesn't ask if the time is convenient for us to leave this earth. Most of us would put it off for more earthly pleasures. He must of needed help from a hard working, happy soul with a deep hearty laugh that would make anyone smile. We have lost a wonderful member of our earthly family and look forward to joining you in the future.
So Joy, rest, be at peace, fly with the eagles and continue to guide us and help us grow. We will watch over Tom and Mazie. We love you.

You were taken way too soon from us, God must have needed another angel. I will miss you but know that you'll be reunited with Danny and that makes me smile.
