I wanted to say how sad I am that I had to find out my mother died this way. What a shame.

Joy was truly a sweetheart and we enjoyed knowing her.  It was nice to meet so much of her family tonight.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

I was very sorry to hear of Joy's passing. She was a very kind and friendly lady.  I worked with her at K-mart several years ago, we shared a lot of fun times.  My thoughts and prayers go out to her entire family.

Rest-in-Peace Joy!

All who knew Joy were blessed. As my stepmother of 45 years she lived up to her name, giving and being about "joy" in this life. I only saw her quiet smile and her heart felt laugh. As the condolencer who quoted the bible, so too I share religious belief.  From Native American Earth Centered tradtions  Joy has returned to Mother Earth, to the dwelling of the spirit world in the west, to be joined with the Creator, the Great Spirit, to walk in peace again with all the many spirits whose lives in this world she touched. A drum, heartbeat of the heavens welcomes her, singing her 'joy'ful spirit.

I don't know what to say that hasn't been said before. Joy you were taking from us too soon. Us Cain's are strong, we get knocked down but we get right back up. You are in our hearts and forever in our minds and for that you will never be gone. We love and miss you dearly!!!

I am sorry to hear of the loss of your loved one. The Bible promises that one day sickness and death will be done away with. (Isaiah 33:24; Revelation 21:3,4) Also, the Bible promises that those who have fell asleep in death will live again. (John 5:28,29) These are just a few of the many promises that are in the Bible. Take comfort in them and in prayer. Our Heavenly Father will sustain you all during this difficult time. (Psalms 55:22)
