Charles K. Booth

Chuck Booth, 78, passed away March 15, 2018.  He was born October 5, 1939 in Wallins Creek, Kentucky to the late Ross and Nannie Booth.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed working construction side by side with his family for sixty years.

Chuck was preceded in death by his daughter-in-law, Mindy Booth; and sisters, Bonnie Booth and Irene Peterson.  He is survived by his loving wife of  57 years, Gloria; son, Brian Booth; daughters, Brenda Booth, Debbie (Bob) Weaver and Danette (Roman) Paich; grandchildren, Tyler (Molly), Logan, Luke and Nate Booth, Chad and Tara Weaver, Collin and Miranda Paich; brothers, Carl (Alice), Herbert “Jack” (Edna), Bill (Louise) and Raleigh (Becky) Booth;  sisters, Christine Godsey, Lucille Ironsmith and Betty Fisher; as well as many other family and friends.      

Funeral service will be held at 1 P.M. on Saturday, March 24, 2018 at Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd. (SR619), Akron, Ohio 44319 with Pastor Happy Peterson officiating.  Family and friends may call on Saturday from 10 A.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home.  Interment will be at Rose Hill Memorial Park.  To leave a special message online for the family, visit our website at www.schermesserfh.com.
