Anna (Bruno) Scalise

Anna Scalise, 79, passed away January 5, 2018.  She was born June 24, 1938 in Akron to the late John and Anna Bruno.  Anna was employed with General Tire for 41 years in the billing department.  She loved spending her days with her grandchildren and her trips to Amish Country with her husband.  Anna was a loving and devoted wife, mother, and nana to her six beautiful grandchildren.   

Anna is survived by her loving husband, Bob Scalise; sons, John (Rebecca) and Robert II (Gina Larkins) Scalise; daughter, Rebecca (David) McCutcheon; grandchildren, Skylar, John II; Robert III, Grady, David II and Isabella; as well as many other family and friends.  

Mass of a Christian Burial will be held at 10 A.M. on Monday, January 8, 2018 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, 4019 Manchester Road, Akron, Ohio 44319 with Fr. Jacob Bearer officiating.  Family and friends may call on Sunday from 4 to 7 P.M.  at the Schermesser Funeral Home, 600 E. Turkeyfoot Lake Rd.
